  • 1977 Porsche 911S

    • 197,566 mi
    • 5-speed manual
    $48,911
Porsche 911s built between 1974 and 1977 represent a unique transition point for the brand, straddling eras between the classic, long hood cars of the late 1960s and early 1970s, but before the introduction of the hugely successful 911 SC, which started in 1978. This model ushered in the famed “impact bumpers” which were fitted with only minor alterations through the production of the 3.2 Carrera, ending in 1989, along with fuel injection which eventually became the default for the model as well. These cars represent great air cooled 911 value today and still offer a very classic driving experience, at a reasonable price. This 1977 911 S Targa is a wonderful example finished in silver over a black vinyl interior. Presented in very nice driver condition, the car shows off the classic “mid-year 911” narrow rear fenders, paired with the new for the era impact bumpers with integrated side markers. This example sits on a set of classic 5-spoke Fuchs wheels in two-tone polished and black, and features a single later flag-style mirror on the driver’s side. Inside, black vinyl covers the seats both front and rear which is in largely good condition save for a split seam on the driver’s seat. Sit in the driver’s seat and you are met by a 3-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel which frames Porsche’s famed 5-gauge cluster. Right in front of the driver sits an 8,000 RPM tachometer with a 6,250 rpm redline and to its right, a 150 mph speedometer. A newer Nakamichi CD head unit is installed in the center of the dashboard but the interior is otherwise very original looking. Powering this 1977 911 S is a 2.7-liter air cooled flat-6 that utilizes Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection. In “S” guise, the 911 produced 173 horsepower and produced nice power throughout the rev range. This is then connected to a 5-speed 915 transaxle which sends power to the rear wheels. This car has been very well cared for over the years and comes with a large stack of invoices up to present for work performed at various specialty shops in the Seattle area. For the enthusiast who wants to experience air-cooled 911 ownership but is having a hard time making the first step, this 911 S is the perfect way to dip your toe in the world. Offering great flat-6 performance and noise, paired with top-off enjoyment, this 911 Targa is ready to be driven and enjoyed for years to come. Key Features

  • 2008 Porsche Cayman

    • 46,398 mi
    • 5-speed manual
    SOLD

This 2008 Porsche Cayman is finished in black over black heated leather and shows just 46,400 miles. Under the care of three owners from new, the car was sold new in Ohio, where it remained until being purchased by the Washington-based consignor in 2021. Since arriving in Washington, the car has been cared for exclusively by our service department and benefits from a recent oil and filter change. The car sits on a set of 19” Cayman S wheels with colored Porsche crest center caps, which are wrapped in a set of Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Up front, an optional set of Xenon headlights offer excellent visibility in all conditions. Inside, the black leather interior has been upgraded with a modern Pioneer head unit which offers modern phone connectivity capabilities.

Powering this Cayman is a 2.7-liter water cooled flat 6 that produces 242 horsepower and 201 lb-ft of torque. When run through the car’s 5-speed manual gearbox, this makes for a 5.8 second 0-60 mph run and a top speed in excess of 160 mph. What the Cayman is really known for is its agile handling thanks to the mid-mounted engine, making it a much easier car to drive spiritedly, than the rear-engined 911.

The 987 generation Cayman offers tremendous value as a fun, well built driver’s car, offering a driving experience that many say meets or even surpasses that of many 911s that cost significantly more. This example is offered in an appealing color combination, with some great options and recent servicing meaning it is ready to be enjoyed.

  • 1975 BMW 3.0CSi Coupe

    • 53,500 mi
    • 5-speed manual
    $0 Inquire

The BMW E9 is one of the brand’s most stunning designs – with its massive greenhouse and subtle curves, it sits towards the top of the list of desirable BMWs. In 1971, BMW upgraded the 2800CS to the 3.0CS and 3.0CSi. Now powered by the company’s large 3.0-liter inline 6, the 3.0 coupe could be ordered in CS trim with carburetors, or CSi, with cutting edge Bosch electronic fuel injection. Producing an additional 20 horsepower over the CS for a total of 200, the injected CSi offered fast, luxurious long-distance cruising and looked incredible doing it.

This 1975 BMW 3.0 CSi has been comprehensively restored to an extremely high standard. Finished in Fjord Blue over tan leather, to call the car immaculate almost feels like it is underselling it. Although 1975 cars in the United States were fitted with the less-than attractive “diving board” bumpers, this car has been retrofitted with the slimmer European style units that work perfectly with the overall design of the car. Another thing that draws the eye is the gorgeous set of Alpina 21-spoke wheels which are a classic and very sought-after upgrade for this model.

For anybody familiar with BMW’s big coupes from the 80s and 90s, the interior of this car will have some similarities to the later 6 and 8 series cars. A pair of large, comfortable bucket seats up front, with two nicely sculpted seats in the rear. On this example, the tan leather is essentially immaculate and looks to have barely been sat in since completing the restoration. Slide behind the 3-spoke Nardi wood and metal steering wheel and you are met by white-on-black gauges, inset in a beautiful wood dashboard.

Open the front-hinged hood and you will see the 3.0-liter M30 inline-6. The M30 was an engine that could be found in BMWs for more than 20 years, appearing in its final car in 1995. You can tell this is a CSi thanks to the unique 6-runner intake and throttle position sensor by the air box. Producing 200 horsepower, this engine sent power through a 4-speed manual gearbox to the rear wheels. The overall condition of the engine bay on this car is remarkable and has clearly been professionally finished to show-car standards.

In 1975, BMW produced just 555 3.0 CSi cars, marking its lowest production year and the final year of the model entirely. This example comes with a sizable restoration binder showing all of the work completed along with invoices, proving how comprehensively the car has been refinished.
